Online Ticketing
How To Book Tickets
Purchasing tickets online is simple. Once you click on the Buy Now button at the bottom of this page you will be taken to an event summary page to select the event you wish to purchase tickets for. Then you simply follow the prompts.
Our online ticketing system is connected in real time to the Centre’s Box Office, so you are able to purchase the best seats available at that time.
The information below will assist you in understanding the online ticketing process and conditions of purchase before you begin.
- All tickets booked online must be paid for with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- For events to be held on a Monday to Friday, tickets can be purchased online up to four hours prior to the event commencement time unless sold out prior. For events held on a Saturday or Sunday, tickets can be purchased online up to 5pm on the Friday prior. If you wish to purchase tickets to an event being held today and it is in less than four hours time or today is a Saturday or Sunday, please call the Box Office on 07 4771 4000.
- Tickets are for a specific time and date and are non-refundable. To obtain a copy of the Code of Practice please contact the Box Office on (07) 4771 4000 or visit www.aeia.org.au.
- Purchasers of tickets online have two options for the delivery of tickets with an allocated seat. Tickets can be posted to the purchaser up to 10 days prior to the event. After this time, tickets must be collected from the Centre’s Box Office. In this case, the purchaser or nominated collection agent must present photo identification to obtain tickets. - Student and Concession tickets will need to be collected from the Centre’s Box Office. The relevant Student ID or Concession Card will then also need to be shown to Box Office staff at the time of collection to secure the discounted ticket rate.
- Please note a Booking Fee will be applicable for each ticket purchased online.
If you have specific seating needs, please contact our Box Office to discuss your seating arrangements with our staff.
