Getting Around

Located in the tropical paradise of Townsville, North Queensland, the Townsville Entertainment & Convention Centre is adjacent to the five-star Jupiters Townsville Hotel and Casino. The Centre is within walking distance of the central business district, and is no more than 10 minutes from the airport, and many other accommodation houses operated by major hotel chains.

Public transport, including buses and a taxi rank, operate from the main entrance to Jupiters Townsville Hotel & Casino.

More than 600 car park spaces are available surrounding the Centre, including 60 directly in front and 40 secure spaces for organisers at the rear of the Centre. Coach parking near the Centre is also available.

Location Map

The Centre sits on Townsville’s waterfront overlooking Magnetic Island and is adjoined to one of Australia’s largest marinas. Adjacent to Jupiters Townsville Hotel & Casino and just minutes away from the central business district and Strand precinct, the Centre is close to many excellent hotels and restaurants. The Magnetic Island ferry terminal and Great Barrier Reef Tour terminals are all nearby.
